The ballroom essentially acted as a border between the parking lot (opposite side this picture) and the park. After paying to enter, you walked up around the side of the ballroom to the area where this picture was taken. To the left would be the Jack Rabbit Coaster and to the Right is the Minigolf. Behind you is the midway which you will see more of shortly.
