Kris Welch sent me the following information about the photos shown above:

"These photos were taken at Elmwood Cemetery on Mt Pleasant Street in Lancaster. The one with the strand is unusual. I'm not exactly sure what it is, but when I took another picture of that area about 45 seconds later, there was nothing there. There is a faint orb in the background. I had to enlarge the picture before I spotted it. The other photo could be dust, but then again when I took another photo 45 seconds later, there was hardly anything there."
