Waugh-Mount Pleasant Cemetery is located on the west side of Waugh Road, about ½ mile north of OH-138, outside Greenfield, Ohio (Buckskin Township, Ross County). The coordinates are 39° 24' 42.88" N, 83° 17' 49.24" W.

Waugh-Mount Pleasant Cemetery is an old cemetery filled with many interesting gravestones. The cemetery grounds are very well maintained, and most of the gravestones are in good condition. There are a few stacks of broken gravestones throughout the cemetery, probably ones that were destroyed by vandalism.
