Vansickle Cemetery is located on the west side of Township Road 126, about a ¼ mile north of OH-37, in New Lexington, Ohio (Pike Township, Perry County). The coordinates are 39° 43' 40.93" N, 82° 14' 34.4" W.

Vansickle Cemetery is very small, and it is no longer active. Although some gravestones are still standing, many have been damaged. The township does a great job of maintaining the cemetery grounds.
