Union Cemetery is located at the southeast corner of Cole Road and Bluelick Road outside Lima, Ohio (American Township, Allen County). The coordinates are 40° 47' 14.3" N, 84° 7' 37" W.

Union Cemetery is very small, and it is no longer active. While several of the gravestones have been damaged or broken over the years, many are still in great shape. The grounds are very well taken care of by the township.
