Tick Ridge Cemetery is located on the east side of Tick Ridge Road outside Union Furnace, Ohio (Starr Township, Hocking County). The coordinates are 39° 25' 33.33" N, 82° 22' 54.25" W.

Tick Ridge Cemetery, also known as McKendree Cemetery, is very small. It is no longer active. There are several old gravestones, but most have been damaged. The cemetery is very well maintained by a local 4-H club and the township.
