Scott Campbell sent me the following information about Richland Cemetery:

Richland Cemetery is located on the south side of West Clifton Road, just north of Liberty, Indiana off of Rte. 27 (Union County). The coordinates are 39° 41' 25.10" N, 84° 55' 44.72" W.

Richland Cemetery is still active. It is well maintained, but currently there are signs posted asking for help and donations (as of July 1, 2007).
