Pleasant Hill Cemetery is located on the south side of Old Columbus Road, about a mile east of OH-54, outside South Vienna, Ohio (Pleasant Township, Clark County). The coordinates are 39° 56' 39.16" N, 83° 35' 44.97" W.

Pleasant Hill Cemetery is no longer an active cemetery. It is very well taken care of, but like most old cemeteries there are quite a few broken gravestones.
