The Infirmary Cemetery is located on the west side of Ringgold Southern Road, a ¼ mile south of US-22, outside Stoutsville, Ohio (Washington Township, Pickaway County). The coordinates are 39° 37' 6.14" N, 82° 52' 1.92" W.

The Infirmary Cemetery sits by the Pickaway County Animal Shelter. There is only one gravestone standing, and it is very weathered. The grounds are well maintained.
