Parkinson-Babcock Cemetery is located off US-40, the National Road, east of Etna, Ohio (Etna Township, Licking County).

The Parkinson-Babcock Cemetery is maintained by the Etna Township trustees. There is a sign that warns people from visiting the cemetery after dark since it is patrolled by the Licking County Sheriff. It appears that the cemetery has been vandalized in the past, a lot of the gravestones are badly broken. However, there are still a lot that are standing, and the township does a terrific job of taking care of the cemetery!
