The Old Zion United Brethren Cemetery is located on the east side of Tollgate Road, about a ¼ mile north of Pen Road, outside Junction City, Ohio (Jackson Township, Perry County). The coordinates are 39° 44' 5.86" N, 82° 19' 38.4" W.

The Old Zion United Brethren Cemetery is located around the old church, which is no longer used. The oldest gravestones are located on the south side, and most are in good condition. The grounds are very well maintained.
