The Old Baptist Church Cemetery is located on Church Street in New Lexington, Ohio (Pike Township, Perry County). The coordinates are 39° 42' 43.29" N, 82° 12' 30.96" W.

The Old Baptist Church Cemetery is small, and it is no longer active. There are many old gravestones, but unfortunately many have been damaged. The township does a great job of maintaining the cemetery grounds.
