Mo Farrelly sent me the following information about this cemetery:

I ran across this interesting marker in the Union Cemetery Annex in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. The main cemetery is meticulously maintained, but in the eastern side there are literally hundreds of graves deplorably unkempt, so much so that a forest has set up residence upon these sites. But anyhow, supposedly the only marker found stating the word "vampire" on it is here, from the 1800's. I've included a couple random shots to show the mess the area has become.
