Locust Grove Cemetery is located on the north side of KY-8 (Mary Ingles Highway), west of KY-1235, in Dover, Kentucky (Mason County). The coordinates are 38° 45' 17" N, 83° 53' 33" W.

Locust Grove Cemetery is no longer active. There are many old gravestones, and while most are in good condition, a few have been damaged. The cemetery is very well maintained.
