Laurel Cemetery is located at the intersection of OH-678 and Mount Olive Road outside Gibisonville, Ohio (Laurel Township, Hocking County). The coordinates are 39° 30' 26.43" N, 82° 33' 23.84" W.

Laurel Cemetery, also known as Mount Olive Cemetery, is still active. The oldest section is located on the north side of OH-678. While many gravestones are still standing, the majority of the older ones have been broken/damaged over time. However, the township does an excellent job of maintaining the cemetery grounds.
