Janine Sanders sent me the following information about this abandoned church:

This church was built around 1700. It contains the name 'Abshoven'. In 1901 it became a Convent. For many years the buildings were used for Youth Services.

In June 1995 there was a huge fire that destroyed most of the convent. I'm not sure if they had to break it down, but I guess it was on the huge place that you can see in the photo; it looks like a big field.

Janine sent me a new photo in August 2008. Perhaps this church is haunted? See the photo below.
