Funderburg Cemetery is located in a field off the north side of Milton-Carlisle Road, just west of Funderburg Road, outside New Carlisle, Ohio (Bethel Township, Clark County). The coordinates are 39° 55' 56.58" N, 84° 0' 1.22" W.

Funderburg Cemetery, also known as Heck Cemetery, is no longer active. There are many old gravestones, but many have been damaged and are lying broken on the ground. The cemetery grounds are well maintained.
