Flemming Petersen sent me the following information about this abandoned house:

I don't know anything about the house's history, as I am totally new to this area's history, but it seems like a normal family house from the beginning of the 20th century. It is pretty beaten up, but the vandalism is also much more appearing in old houses in this area than where I lived before because of the many people that live here (about 20% of the Danish population, or in other words about 1,4 million people). Therefore, it is difficult for me to estimate how long the house has been abandoned, but I will say about 20 years...
