Center Cemetery is located at the intersection of MA-122 and MA-56 in Paxton, Massachusetts (Worcester County).

Center Cemetery is located behind the church, and it is no longer active. The oldest gravestones are located closest to the church, and most are in great condition. However, like any old cemetery, a few gravestones have been damaged. There are several slate gravestones, and many have interesting carvings. The cemetery is very well maintained.
