The Steubenville Library

Built in 1902 with money donated by Andrew Carnegie, the massive Steubenville Library is supposed to be haunted by the ghost of its first librarian, Ellen Summers Wilson. She haunts the attic, where her office was, and is such an institution around Steubenville that a sign on the attic door reads HOME OF THE LIBRARY GHOST.
