Clear Creek Metro Park

A big rock that hangs over Clear Creek Road at the Clear Creek Metro Park is supposed to be a favorite hangout for witches. They place sticks at the bottom every Halloween, and if you remove the sticks something horrible will happen to you.

The park itself stretches from near Rockbridge into Fairfield County and the ghost town of Revenge. Interestingly, even though it's in Hocking and Fairfield Counties, it's part of the Franklin County Metro Parks system.
