According to tradition at this Brecksville restaurant, the founder and original owner is still around and will introduce himself to new employees by patting them on the back. People sometimes hear their names spoken when there's no one else around. The owner's name was George Stark (also the name of the bad guy in Stephen King's The Dark Half).
